The large restaurant proposes typical dishes from the reknowned Salento area as well as classic dishes from both Italian and international cuisine.
In the morning, you won’t be able to wait to enter the Sala Verde (Green Room), our breakfast room on the ground floor, to savour the fragrances of our Breakfast, with over 40 products selected especially for you, some of which are 0-km products and to all of which painstaking attention has been paid to both the tastes and to respect the intolerances of each and every guest.
